Eastview is a super-regional shopping center located less than a mile off New York State Thruway Exit 45 and Route 490. The mall is located near the Finger Lakes wine region, the second largest wine producing region in the U.S.

Eastview truly caters to the upscale fashion clientele with more than thirty stores that are unique to the market including Anthropologie, Apple, Box Lunch, Buckle, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Eddie Bauer, Forever 21, Free People, GUESS, J. Eastview also has four major department stores including Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, and JC Penney. In October of 2013 Eastview became home to the first Von Maur department store in the northeast. In Spring 2021 a new state-of-the-art Dicks Sporting Goods store will open at the mall as well.

Another distinctive feature at Eastview is the restaurant selection at the front entrance featuring P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Champps Americana.
